The Imago Christi Summer Gathering will be held at the Mount Angel Abbey Guesthouse this year, July 31 — August 4, 2023 from Monday Dinner through Friday Breakfast. Or just join us for the Guest Day on — Tuesday, August 1st.

Expect a unique experience of engaging in the rhythms and participating in the community life of our evangelical order of spiritual formation ministry, including:

• Worship rhythms participating with the Daily Offices at the monastery

• Spiritual Exercises and Discussion

• Retreat opportunities

• Community Sharing and Prayer (see Guide to Gatherings )

THE COST FOR THE GATHERING IS:

• $639 (single occupancy)

• $1079 (double occupancy) 

• $100 per day Day Guest Fee (with Lunch & Dinner, no accommodation).

• For other “No Meal” or overnight Guest options, please contact Bill or ralph below

INCLUDING:

• Room and board for Four nights.

• Transportation only to & from PDX -- Portland International Airport (if needed),

• A portion of the conference room and incidental fees,

• A $50 Registration fee, which goes to the “Imago Christi travel and development fund”

• Note: the cost does NOT include your airfare to PDX (Portland International Airport), which you must arrange on your own.

• Please arrive at PDX by 12 pm (Noon) PT, and send your flight itinerary, or arrival/departure schedule to Ralph Dawson: ralph.dawson@novo.org by July 24th.

GUEST REGISTRATION: 

• You must complete registration by Monday, July 10th, 2023 @ 8am ET, so we can report a final room count!

• You must pay the full amount upon Registration.

• If you wish to participate in one or more days of the Gathering, then please pay the “Day Guest” Registration Fee, and indicate on the "Message" line of your Registration Form, which day(s) you will be able to join us. You will also be charged for whatever meals you eat at the Conference center, Contact Bill or Ralph for more details and options.

• Paid registrants will receive more information about the details of the Gathering and transportation links, about a month in advance of the Gathering.
