Mary Lou Graham

Through my husband’s involvement in the Imago Christi community I experienced new and exciting ways to grow in my relationship with God. Among others, I learned to “be still” (Psalm 46:10) in God’s presence and just be loved by Him. This changed me and brought healing to broken areas of my life, it still does. With a longing to help others experience Jesus in loving and more profound ways, I became a partner with Imago Christi in Spring 2021.

We moved from our home in Littleton, Colorado to Gorebridge, Scotland (just south of Edinburgh) in February 2022 to bring Spiritual Formation Ministry to Novo UK and a post-Christian culture. We are working alongside local churches and leaders, learning how to grow healthy disciples as we help people experience the depth of God’s love for them. I especially have a heart for the issues facing women and love ministering to them through spiritual direction or accompaniment.

Roy and I have 3 daughters; our youngest still lives with us and is working on her secondary education in Scotland. While raising our children, I spent 20 years in and out of education, teaching reading, English as a Second Language, and High School equivalency (GED). I also spent time in Children’s Ministry. I have a Bachelors degree from Moody Bible Institute and a Master’s Degree in Education from DePaul University, both in Chicago. Currently I am continuing my training as a Spiritual Director through Novo’s Deepen program.
