Who and Why?…

"What does spiritual growth look like for me in this season of life, in my ministry context, given my place in journey with Christ?"

A Spiritual Consultation is an opportunity for any Novo Staff member to have two sessions with a Novo-approved Provider to explore:

• Where you are in your journey with Christ, and

• What some appropriate “next steps” might be.

Consider this a “spiritual check-up,” or an opportunity to take your wonderings, questions, desires or doubts to a reliable, spiritual companion for discernment, listening to God together about your relationship with Him.

Novo Staff may have one consultation a year, which involves signing up by, filling out an intake form. The Coordinator from RTD will contact you with instructions how to schedule your first session. Then after your second session you will need to fill out an evaluation form for your Consultation to be free.

Novo-approved Providers are trained Spiritual Directors, or Spiritual Formation Coaches, who are approved, supervised and evaluated by the Resource Teams Division of Novo.
